That sounds like fun. I will give assignmnets. 2 pages if a time you were innapprpriatgely dressed for the ocasion. 2pp that begib "This is a lie I've told before." @ pages the second sentence of which is, "It's not funny."
I’m glad you sat back down - I need more of your delightful writing!
I read Safekeeping in one sitting yesterday. What a memoir. I laughed, I cried, then I laughed and cried more this morning, remembering it and flicking back through its pages. So glad to have found you.
Now, now. That was lovely. Why do we say now now? You said it your self: There are so many nows, it is always now. Now, now, is an admonition to return to this now as it is, instead of working ourselves up, and our experience of this inebriated now, to be something else. As it is, just now, you are four sheets to the wind. Now is a good time to sit down again.
Three sheets to the wind! Oh my, that takes me back. My dad was an alcoholic but never called as such. I was however, very familiar with him being "three sheets to the wind!" One of those not really secret, secrets. Sometimes during those three sheets moments, he told some of his best stories.
Yes. You stick it every time. You leave me breathless. Thank you.
Thanks, Nan.
Thank you.
Then, then, let’s all sit down with Abby, take our sweet time and get up feeling more grounded.

I did sit down. And promised myself not to do this again. And haven't.
