If ever there were technology that could see inside a brain, it is writing. This writing may be better than a PET scan. I also can say this image of a brain in the process of self-reflection appeared like a mirror to me.

I want to have a mind like yours when I'm your age. I want to have a mind like yours when I'm my age (64).

Omg ….I thought I was the only one with such crazy thoughts at bed time… Sometimes my mind won’t shut the f*C up!…. Get some rest dear one.

Thank you. I’m wide awake!

I love the flow of this, the bouncy, easy (yet not easy) internal dialogue. And getting waylaid by "scrotum." I'm smiling.

At my town library yesterday, a patron showed me the tiniest tick I've ever seen. It was a dot, maybe the size of this period. No tick parts could be seen, just the period. Her husband took it off of her underarm after she felt it bite her. We live in tick country up here in the NY forest, on the edge of VT and MA. Our town population is 1,367 humans with many more ticks. Everybody is friendly, the ticks more so.

Yikes. Didn’t know ticks could be so small. And I’ve never felt one biting me! Monsters come in all sizes!

If you live in a tick area, I can give you some recommendations including buying InsectShield.com clothing. I've had two neighbors hospitalized with anaplasmosis and am a big believer in this resource. I am a Master Naturalist and outdoors everyday unless it is pouring rain as it is now.

The part that got me:

“Well stop thinking.

I never think. I just have thoughts. Thinking is different.”

I’ve never thought about thought that way but it is such a great way to think about thinking! Thank you for that!

Exactly! I just commented on that too!
